Rear Carbon duffuser now in development.

This front splitter replaces the broken RMM lip that you have due to inferior construction. These lip splitters feature prepreg Carbon Fiber and Fiberglass. This means they are lighter, stronger and up for the abuse you may put them through. We contracted an aeorspace composites manufacturing facility to make these lips for us.

Features:

-100% prepreg construction. Resin is sputtered within the fabric before it is woven. Then during the molding process, the resin is activated through high temperatures, heated it to a liquid which allows even, consistent dispersion throughout the fabric. This ensures the highest amount of strength without making the parts brittle. Despite their claims, wet hand-layup parts fail to "wet" fabric components leaving the resin to do all of the work, creating a surface that is prone to fracture and breakage.

-Autoclave manufacturing. These parts are manufactured using the same technology as aircraft, with pressure and temperature in and autoclave. This ensures proper flow of the epoxy into the strutcure of the fabric as well as provides a durable finish. These parts will stand up to impact becaust they are a unified construction.
